Dead space 3 freezing all the time randomly

i am getting the same issues.  first the game froze every 20-30 mins.  i read on the forums that the following steps might help for 360

To get sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1.From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2.Select System Settings.
3.Select Storage.
4.Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5.Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6.Reboot your console.
Redownload the updates for the game. NOTE: Not all games have a Title Update File.

7.Delete Title Update File.
8.Restart Game.

that worked for about 1 hour..then it started happening again....They need a patch or something. my console has only ever frozen up like that twice and it was while playing skyrim for 16 hour straight.  i install my games to the hard drive  so i thought that was the issue i deleted it and ran off the disk..same issue still happening. dead space 1 and 2 never had these issues and i just replayed a marathon of both in preperation for part 3.  so far that quick fix only sometimes fixes the issue.  I hope they patch this soon. the game is becoming unplayable....great tension and suspence....bam..freeze. please please fix this.

Same for me,On my 360  . Did it like 20 times in 6 hours,,,,I can't  play any longer....The game freezes, turn console off ,,turn on and play same content over tell it does it again..I've done the download and the delete  thing......I'm done...Good luck....$60  in the trash.....wow

How do we let Visceral and EA know this is a problem? Can we report it through XBox live or make a complaint or something? The Dead Space Trilogy is my bloody passion all I want to do is enjoy this game as it's bleedin' awesome. This sucks !

I have the new black Xbox 360. None of my other games freeze on the machine. I contacted EA Help who said Visceral would patch it as there were many issues with Dead Space 3. Disc 1 freezes in the same spots pretty much, and these are a mix of action heavy scenes and when I am just walking around not doing very much. Disc 2 has only frozen a couple of times. I managed to complete the game without too much bother but it is **bleep**ing annoying !
