Dead Space 3 In Game Market Not Working

I recently updated from Origin to the EA app, but I have found that I can no longer access the in-game marketplace. either at the workbench, the suit kiosk, or the main menu. I get an error stating that Dead Space 3 could not connect to Origin. this means I cannot purchase resource packs. which (controversially) the entire game economy is based around. it also means I will no longer be able to get the mk V weapon parts.  all I want is to be able to spend my ration seals and get mk V parts.

    @kazzong they won't fix it as they consider the game too old.
    I suspect a broken link, because if you disable "EA GAME" in game, Dead space 3 consider you disabled Origin in game.

    @kazzong Hey, so this has been reported to the team but with the age of the game itself, it may be something that is not fixed. I added info from my end too on this but with the game of the game, and limited resources for actual updates to this title, it is something that we have to figure out may not happen right now. If there is an update on this one we will let players know but for now, I get the same errors on my end like everyone else so we would have to play without the market.
