i bought dead space 3 two times and im still unable to install game in to computer. help or give refunds

I reviewed your previous post regarding this issue. The download progress should not jump a wide percentage during the install process. Since you are not receiving an error, I don't know what is necessarily causing the problem. It sounds that the game is not downloading correctly.
Do you have mutliple hard drives? Do you have sufficient free space on all drives to install the game to?
Do you own any other Origin games that you have downloaded digitally? If not, what internet service do you use? Some providers block the downloads of large files. Its uncommon, but something that we would still need to consider.
Hello! I am from Russia. I have a similar problem. I press the button to install, but the installation jumps to 25% and then nothing happens. I click on the running game, but the error is "probably the game" Dead Space 3 "is not installed. Install or restart the game" Please help!! Or return the money, but rather help with the game!
Try reinstalling Origin before trying to download Dead Space 3 again. Also, make sure that you are install Dead Space 3 to the same drive that Origin is installed on. I know this fixed the problem for one other person.
