I have the same edition... I found that when I got to a section of the game there was a crafting panel - construction panel I think they call it in game.... On the far right hand side of the first screen of the panel there was a safe... In the safe were the two weapons I should have got from bonus content. - I haven't found a place to upgrade my suit yet and I'm guessing that when I do I'll find the other 2 suits in there somewhere.... You get to the crafting station when early on in the game - but not in what I would call the prologue... Hope that helps...
