Dead Space 3 not connecting to EA servers

Question

I just bought Dead Space 3 on Xbox 360 and when I get to the main menu, I always get a message stating "Connection lost - You have lost your connection to EA servers". This message is repeated whenever I attempt to connect to the servers. I have no idea what's wrong.&nbsp;😢

I was about to try the process you attached, but I just checked to see if it was working one more time and, for whatever reason, it's working now. I didn't do anything so I still don't know what the problem was, but I suppose that doesn't matter anymore! Still, thanks for the tip&nbsp;🙂
