Dead space 3 online pass unavailable.

I downloaded the game from ea play to my Xbox one so I can play with a friend. I can play the game on solo. However, when I try to buy the online pass, it says it's blocked for my account. I am over ...

@lanierdias Honestly, I would too. It's been over a couple weeks, and I STILL have not heard anything back from support. Not even a "we're still working on it. This takes time. Appreciate your patience." Absolutely nothing.

Hey Everyone,

Wanted to reach out and see if you were still getting the Online Access error when attempting to load up into the game. If you are, please send me a screenshot of the error so I can see what you are seeing on your end.

        @eflhl7ilo7l4 Unfortunately not yet. The picture i submitted was taken today. Hopefully soon. And I'll be sure to blast the fix everywhere on ea and the Xbox store, so everyone can know.
