Dead Space 3 Online Pass/DLC Issues

Hello, I bought Dead Space 3 today to play with a friend, I got it pre-owned so the Online Pass was used. I went into Downloadable Content to see if I could get it there since it's free now. But whenever I go to download the Pass or any other DLC for that matter, I get this message, "There are no items available for purchase at this time."

HELP PLEASE.

    There's currently an issue with in-game purchases on Xbox and various EA titles (this would include Online Passes and DLC content):

    I've redeemed a proper paid code now, and I have read on TTG, it's a glitch with Xbox.

    I'm trying to be patient but it's hard to when the Online Pass is supposed to be free, and you still can't download it.

    This is AHQ, after all, not EA or Maxis.  We're gamers here, same as you are. It doesn't do any good to pester us, just hurts your chances of making friends here.

    Has there been any update on this? As far as I can tell from this forum it's either been like 7 months or 3 days.
