Dead Space 3 won't launch from Steam

Dead Space 3 won't launch

I'm trying to launch Dead Space 3 from Steam but the EA app crashes every time.
When I launch the game, the link2EA window opens and closes, the EA app than crashes and comes back but won't launch the game. I also get no error codes.

I've tried restarting my PC, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA app, verifying game files on Steam but so far nothing works.

My specs:

CPU: i7-10700k

GPU: RTX 2080 S
