You have Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M .Dead Space 3 as far seems only wants to work only Intel HD.😉 Who knows why?!🤔
Have you tried this step?
If you right click on a game icon Dead Space 3 and select to run with High performance NVIDIA processor , does it happen ?Your game should start now.🙂

Well i managed to fix it, hooked on a 2nd monitor and set it to 60Hz. Then the game started but i still can't change the in game video settings.
I've mostly given up on nVIDIA. Their pricing runs higher than needful, and they mistreat their laptop customers horribly. I have an old 9800 GT in a machine here, but each of my others have AMD Radeon graphics.
