I noticed i'm missing Tau Volantis Survival kit content from my Dead Space 3 game, it appears "Installed" in origin but the content does not appear ingame.

Downloaded DS3 yesterday to try and get the rest of the achievos.
Noticed that the Tau Volantis Survival kit marked "Installed" but I never bought it, and yeah nothing in game probably just a bug in Origin app.
