Problem solved on my asus zenfone 5 with lollipop.
1- I just installed the game from playstore in another phone wich the game currently works (motorola razr d1 kitkat) and download the data.
2- Install the game from playstore in the phone where the download get stuck (asus zenfone 5 lollipop), but dont open the game to prevent download to start
3- copy the folder "android/com.ea.deadspace_row" from the working phone to stuck phone and vóila.

Hey bud I know im a little late on this, but Im having the same problem. Dead space works on my phone, but wont on 2013 nexus 7 marshmellow (i believe). I know I sound like an idiot, but how do I copy this file? Do you think you could send me a link or something to the file as well? Thanks alot!
