I can see from the game reviews and other posts online that this is a common problem, but I can find no solution.
I tried re-installing the game but that didn't change anything.
My device is a 2013 Google Nexus 7 running the very latest version of Android. The device is not rooted.
I am attempting to download via a strong wifi connection, this is not a connection issue on my end.
I have searched the EA support site and read the Android FAQ and cannot find a solution, it does not seem possible to connect to live help for this title.
Please can you advise on how to either get my game working or obtain a refund please, the very short refund window provided by Google play has passed.
I have the same issue at this date, november 2015
