Dead Space Chapter 11 door don´t open( stand by)

Hi guys!

I was playing the Chapter 11,and I started the mission..when I kill the zombies leg and save the game,Nicolle restore the energy´s elevator,and I went to the door for the room....but the door is always in stand by... I tried all.

What can I do to win this glitch?

PS:. I went to Flight Deck,view the map and a door is here...but when I go out the door exit to the map.

@deifa3 that sounds for me like a glitch. Could you please tell us on which platform you play Dead Space 1? Depending on your platform, there might various workarounds help to solve this. I guess you have already checked out a walk-through if you are not missing something?
