Dead Space remake ps5
User agreement screen freeze. I've updated license and disconnected the console several times, no luck. Any suggestions?

Hey there,
If the game is freezing at the user agreement screen, please try accepting it while offline. If the problem persists, you can try using a different PSN Profile to see if you're able to get past that screen, and then it should also work on your main profile.
