Dead Space Remake

I've recently bought Dead Space Remake and running into unbearable frame time stutters and abrupt FPS drops within my game occurring every 5-8 seconds. I'd greatly appreciate this to be fixed otherwise I'll have to unfortunately refund.

FYI- I've ensured the game is on the latest/updated game version and that the correct game settings.
