Dead space two crashes on launch

As old as it may seem, but being, I just bought the remake of dead space one and started playing again Dead space two, I get the message that it can’t connect to EA servers try again.  So I purchased the game a fourth time on steam and did a workaround for the problem that one has and that one works with a little glitch in the graphics, but I don’t like these workarounds or the graphic glitched that comes with it, this needs to be fixed. I now have four licenses to this game, first in DVD format, second from Amazon, third from origin, and now fourth from steam. If you need the licensing information I can give.  I plan to continue to follow up until I see a patch for this, no more workarounds.  I also have two licenses for dead space one original and one license for dead space three which was the first game I ever pre-ordered.
