Devils horns

I stoped crafting wepons and final able to beat on casuals and did not get devil horns i started new save pluse on difrint file

    I see now i pressed new game when I beat the game the first time just started a new clasic fill now thanks for the help guys

So when I beat clasic mod do I start another clasic file or do I go to new game plus and hit clasic also I started a clasic file from a standerd file I beat a fue times and I here you can't get devils horns if you do that.
