DEAD SPACE 2 - failed to launch game

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I just downloaded the game, and every time I try to launch it I get an error message that says:&nbsp;'failed to launch game' an error on our end caused the launch to fail. try again a little later. What should I&nbsp;do?It has already been showing me the same message for 3 days since installation.

If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below to see if you're able to launch Dead Space 2 then:&nbsp;

Clear the EA App's cache
Disable in-game overlays
End EA-related tasks in Task Manager&nbsp;
Close all potentially conflicting background applications&nbsp;
Add Dead Space 2 and EA-related .exe files as exceptions to anti-virus software and Windows Defender&nbsp;
Check if your graphic drivers are all up to date
