DLC suit pack not there after purchasing.

I purchased the Marauder DLC pack and when I went to my weapons bench the weapon was there, so I just decided to leave it in my safe for the time being, but after exiting and coming back there is no sign of the suit or the weapon. I have tried redownloading the DLC several times and restarting the game, but it's never there. What can I do? (Xbox 360)
