Dynamic Lighting / Shadows cast from flashlight?

PC Version here (although I saw gameplay from the consoles and it seems to be the same?) The flashlight on the weapons and other light sources do not cast dynamic shadows. You point your flashligh...

It seems there's no fix for this!, the only place where there are dynamic shadows is inside the monster when you use the probe gun
