[EA app] Cannot spend Ration Seals

Hi. I know this was a reply 3 years ago but I really like this game. Could you tell me how to get the APP now in 2024? The link just gets me to the normal Origin download. And the ration seals cannot...

Thank you. But I still can't find the option to spend ration seals on the bench. I bought the game from Steam amd launch it with EA App.
