[EA app] Dead Space 2 refuses to finalize installation
Hi,
I've the same issue described in other topics which were closed without a solution (latest is one month ago) : it means that you have a serious and real issue to fix.
I've configured a new PC on Windows 11 and downloaded FOR THE FIRST TIME Dead Space 2 from my EA Library, using your default settings.
When I click RUN, I have the same errer message than others : "Your game failed to launch. An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later." but in french (see attached).
So as it's on your side, can you fix this asap for the account associated with the registratino I used to open this ticket ?

Hey, @27f4c661c72b5ebf. Product codes can only be used once. If the original code were used to register the game, using it again would just give an error. There is no reason to use the code again once it is used the first time.
The game is still downloadable. Where was the game originally purchased?
Where was the code used initially? Origin/EA app/Steam/Epic?
If the code were used on one of these platforms, the game would be converted to a digital download in that platform.
