@cybren84 Ouh damn I feel sorry, I know how hard it is to beat the hardcore mode and it is incredible unsatisfying if the reward is not showing up. Could you please tell us on which platform you play Dead Space? It can sometimes take a while until an achievement is getting synched or even unlock if you reboot your console via a hard reset.

I play on PC, using Origin and I already tried to sync it both hard boot and soft boot. I tried to update the game by right clicking and going to update game. I even tried to "repair" it, but nothing was unlocked. I even stopped the Origin console, the game and everything to the best to my knowledge and research. What else can I do to get them?
