Heart Beat Nausea

Every time I play this game I get very sick. 

It seems to get worse when the game does that heart beat sound effect that it does in almost every room. 
I have heart conditions so it makes me feel really sick IRL. 
Is there a way to turn it off or mod it out of the game? It's unplayable like this for me =(
