I can't find the (dead space 2) serial key, where is it?

I just buyed it today, and when i installed the game, it wanna be the serial key. So, I looking for the key, but I didn't find it, i seeked everywhere, at the cidy at the box at the little book, eve...

Okay, I went back to the shop where I buyed the game, and he sayed, yes, the serial code really isn't here. and the problem 50% solve, if 2 days later won't be good, i will be angry :manmad:

Your retailer needs to help you resolve this issue.

    But "my" retailer sayed I need to talk with EA support, because only EA can help me.
