i can't play online on dead space 3 my online passe dont work

i buy the game limited editon i enter the code but i can't play online i do the same thing again and i buy an online passe on playstation network and that doesent work please help me i love dead space 3 and i need to play online when i enter the code that dont change a thing i stay in the same place like i never enter the code...

Hi!

If you tried to redeem your online pass during the first start of the game, you can alternatively redeem their Online Pass through their console's Code Redemption process. If you need to redownload their Online Pass can find instructions on doing so here.

If you are still not able to redeem your Online Pass, you need to contact your retailer for an replacement first.

On the PS3, if you receive an error during the online pass registration, it will sometimes fail to register the online pass immediately. I had the same problem in another game (White Knight Chronicles II). If you haven't done so already, restart your PS3 (complete power off) and try again. Logging out of PSN and relogging in will not fix the issue. I realize that quite a bit of time has passed since you posted this message and I hope your issue has been resolved but hopefully someone else will find this helpful.
