I had Dead Space 2 in my Playstation 3 yesterday and wanted to see if anyone was in the online section, but it said it was unable to connect to the network. I was wondering, was it just server down time or is that part of the game no longer available? Just curious, thanks!
@nightjaw99 You should have no problem connecting. Are you getting an error message of any kind when you try to connect to the Dead Space servers?

Lol, Hey bro l too wanted to see if l could get an answer on whether the servers were down for good or not, l see your checking too.
You must be lucky for 3 seconds, because for EVERYONE else these severs are down. it doesn't work on xbox gamepass for the PC, it doesn't work at all.
Make sure your EA account is linked. I kept getting the “unable to connect to EA servers” error until I went in and resynced my old EA account to my PSN. Even if you already did, you may have to just log back in anyway to refresh the account, which was probably locked off due to needing an updated password. Do this and restart the game. Worked for me on PS3
