Hi,
There is a game breaking glitch on Dead Space 2 on Chapter 13. Here you get trapped in a room with a brute. After defeating the brute you have to hack a terminal. However the terminal does not spawn and you are stuck in the room. Reloading a previous save does not work. The needs to be patched.
