Mk-V parts disappeared

Origin PC version.  Bought a resource pack with ration seals while in the Weapons Testing Arena and aquired a couple of (sweet) Mk-V parts.  The parts diappeared from the bench when I saved and went back to the regular game.  The rest of the inventory stayed and the were 30 seals gone (as it should).  Did I miss something?  What did I do wrong?
