I went to play Dead space 3 today, and it said that I had to delete my EG-900 SMG that I got for preordering from gamestop. I deleted it and went back on the game, and it said that the DLC was REQUIRED for me to load the save. It was working yesterday, but I had a title update when I got on. Did that have something to do with it?
You need to contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check then,only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to check what went wrong .

6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"
