No Help From "Game Advisor", DLC Code Not Working With Limited Edition.

Just bought a brand new Dead Space 3 LE on PS3, entered the code that came with it for online pass (which I could only assume to also have the DLC with it) and haven't been able to find the suits and weapons ANYWHERE. Spent half an hour waiting on a Game Advisor to be free, then 10 more minutes asking questions to thin air before he even said "Hi, my name is James, how can I help you?" When I re-asked the question I'd already asked in the same conversation, he ignored me for about 10 more minutes then shut the conversation down.

Can someone (A real person, not a bot!) tell me how to get a replacement code for the LE DLC? And don't tell me to go to the Game Advisor again, that was pretty much an hour of my life wasted!

    Sounds like possibly you had a bad connection between you & the game advisor.

     

    No one here can help you with your problem in the forum here.

    So I've got to wait another half an hour to speak to someone who may or may not actually respond to my question, and then may or may not disconnect me without actually helping me, AGAIN?
