[Old Report] Dead Space 2 Serial key limit
Hello!
My pc went down a mont ago and today i decide to reinstal my games on it including DEAD SPACE 2. I have a PC box with i bought in store. When i am trying to play it i get a massage: The activation limit for serial number has been exceeded! Contact costumer support for more information. After the masage i contacted ea support in my country (Slovenia) and they said that i should redem code in origin so this game is in my origin library now. But i cant play it. So what should i do? I pay 30 euros for this game and now i can t play? ☹️
I google it and it look like we have like 5 code activation limit. I started to realized that while using my last code but as i said before my pc went down. I send it to repair and now after reinstaling i cant play the game?!

You can try the deauthorization tool for dead space 2. goto http://activate.ea.com/deauthorize/ , click on the dead space 2 icon to download the tool for this game.

Next time, you should totally uninstall the game, or use the authorization too make sure the autorisation is given back to you.
