Seems there's a goof email going round (Not sure if it's phishing or just an EA goof).
Check the order numbers if they are the same. If not, ignore the mail.
It's listed in my order history. The product is shown as canceled, the game still appears in my library and is very much playable. The order says it was placed on March 2nd, which is indeed when I bought Dead Space 3. It says it was canceled because "We have not received payment in the last 3 days" except it's March 19th and 3 days came and went very long ago.
I ordered it with Paypal with an instant transfer from my bank account because it was more convienet for me.

Think you need to contact customer support then so they can look into your acocunt

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I have no idea why. The game is still in my library and doesn't seem to have been affected.
I have the same issue, for SimCity, also paid for on March 2nd via Paypal. On customer service hold right now after the first guy gave up trying to figure out what was wrong.
Dealing with this myself for a Battlefield order. Also paid with Paypal but mine was on 2/19.
