[PC] Dead Space 2 EntitlementNotFound Error

@needasmoke24 This error was reported up back in May. Currently, the only way to resolve this one is to grant a new copy of the game to a player's account. However, that grant is based on what support is able to do or not do. If they are not able to grant a new copy of the game that means they aren't allowed to and we have no visibility into changing that one. As the forums are not a support channel, we cannot go around those decisions.

You can try the following to see if they help, but if they do not, you would need to reach out to support and see what other options they have. Sadly as for Community Managers, we don't have the ability to make account changes.

Delete EA License Files:

• Make sure the EA app is closed.
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER.
• Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
• Delete all files in the "License" folder.

Please clear your temp files:

• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
• Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER".
• Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
• (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
