@xephirio Thank you. Taking a look at the file, I can see quite a bit of crash logs for the system, Windows, and a few random programs. Something on there is causing the game to crash that conflicts with the game.
I would start with the following and see what happens.
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Run the System File Checker tool
- Check for Windows and GPU updates
Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Optional Registry clean-up
- install CCleaner (it's free) from here
- Run Registry cleaner
- Click review selected issues
- Do you want to back up? No
- Click Fix all selected issues
Alienware command center is also causing crash logs as well. I would make sure that Windows and Alienware are fully updated as well.
I attempted all that you said and it still crashes

I didn't say this in my original post however, whenever I disable my wifi, the game runs fine in solo player. However I am trying to play multiplayer with a friend

@xephirio Hey apologies for missing this one. Wanted to reach out and see if you were still having an issue with the co-op part of the game? Have you been able to play with your friend?

This is a secondary account btw. This is still xephirio. I am still having the issue. I have not been able to play with my friend. I did a clean install of windows and just downloaded the game and tried it and however it still didn't work.
