I bought a copy of the game for my brother for Christmas so that we could play the coop campaigb together, seeing as the cooperative play is rather well done. He is experiencing the same issue as OP, I am not, please continue working to solve this problem. It does make it rather difficult to defend the game as one worth playing if one of the main draws is not functional for some customers.
