@squid010xx I've experienced this before with other games but have not had the issue with Dead Space, so this is just a troubleshooting option you can try.
Go to "System > Sound > Properties > Output settings > Format" for your Razer Headset and try changing the output quality to a different value, then restart the game.
You can get there by right-clicking on the speaker icon in your system tray (bottom right corner), left-clicking 'Open Sound Settings', then left-click the Razer Headset audio device associated with your headset (where there is a ">" symbol. The Format options will be under 'Output settings' in a dropdown where you can select different output frequencies.
For example, my output quality is set to "32 bit, 384000 Hz (Studio Quality)" which works with my high-end DAC specifications but for a Razer USB headset it may need to be set to a much lower frequency like "16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality)" or a similar to be compatible with the game audio.
