Hi @Shyxap Can you try the following steps and check if you get the download option?

• Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving 
• Clear Origin Cache  
• Allowing Origin through your anti-virus or firewall   
• Run Origin as an administrator (by right-clicking desktop icons and selecting 'run as admin")
