Okay I had a save just before entering the Valor. Loaded it up and went through the entire chapter and it worked. I’m now on chapter 10.
Weird thing happened though when I first loaded a chapter 9 save. It loaded fine but Isaac wasn’t on the screen. It looked like I was playing in 1st person. Good thing I had that chapter 8 save.
