Re: Dead Space 2 Invalid Code Steam

@Greataustinlobus With invalid codes, this would go two different ways. Normally you have to contact Steam support because the purchase was made there. If you get an error that the code has already been redeemed to an EA Account, you can contact our live support at help.ea.com

They can see if the code was applied to an account. If the code gives any other error, you would need to speak with Steam support so that they can check the code on their end.

When i tried looking at some help for dead space 2 on steam it did not talk about a code for EA. it just talked about a cd code for steam when i was trying to log in to EA on Dead space 2 it said I was unable to connect to EA servers, and i looked it up and they said i had to redeem a code i found the code tried to redeem it and it was invalid and i tried to find a solution but nothing yet

@wolfgangmozart15 When a code is invalid, you usually have to reach out to the retailer not the publisher as that is where the purchase of the code came from. You can contact live support and they can review the code itself, but they may end up sending you back to Steam if that is where the purchase was from. We are not able to handle code issues over the forums, That is done through live support.
