@JFRANKSTA Thank you for confirming, by default games purchased via Origin are not platform compatible codes so you shouldn't be able to redeem them on places like Steam/Epic.
If you were able to get ME 1/2 to work I would say that is an oddity and we were lucky in getting them redeemed in steam, I have shared this with my team to let them know that some older codes are working in steam.
At this time we would have a way of changing or forcing the code to work in steam for Dead Space 3, If you were trying to get it to appear in the library to just have the Steam client open you may want to use the 'Add a non-steam game' option in your steam library.
