I would recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor, they can check your used codes and account entitlements to help you back in the game. And please, never post private information like gamecodes or your name on a public board!

Bought a brand new sealed copy of dead space 3 about three weeks ago and just tried to enter the online pass code but it's saying the pass code has already been used? The game was brand new, I paid full price and it was also sealed.
I've emailed Game but they're saying since it's been over 7 days they can't do anything, suggestions?
