No matter what I do it won't stop. Restart PS5, unplugged, deleted and redownload then reboot. Nothing. Had to completely delete & uninstall to get it to stop. But I lost all my progress & had to restart from the beginning. I want them to either discount me or refund it 😡
I have the same problem. Sony and EA Tech support are worthless and they will never give you money back because you’ve already downloaded it. Until they fix the death loop this game is unplayable. I am not deleting my save data and starting all over just to have this happen again.

This is happening to me as well and I am on Series S. If you do a Google search of "dead space death loop" you can read some articles being written about the glitch along with the multiple Reddit posts being made by people experiencing the exact same thing as all of us on this post. Thank you for your help! We really need this to be fixed and I will wait for the fix!!

It is literally shocking to me that there’s still no fix or any update from EA regarding this. I EVENTUALLY STARTED A NEW GAME GOT PRETTY FAR PAST WHERE I WAS AND IT HAPPENED TO ME AGAIN FRUSTRATED I LET IT SIT FOR ANOTHER FEW DAYS AND START A NEW GAME FOR THE THIRD TIME I USED. I USED THE STORY MODE TO MAKE IT PROGRESS EASIER BUT STILL HAVING TO START A GAME OVER THREE TIMES IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS SO ANTICIPATED.
