@az0nnfeohmk9 So I know what that error is and it isn't the game per se. It is the registry and folders with the game installed. Downloading it to a different one writes a different entry in the registry.

What should happen is deleting the license folder should create a new file for the game when launched. However, if the registry has old files, or Windows still has old files somewhere deep in the explorer folders, it will conflict with the game.

Try the following and see if these make a difference.

Uninstall the game

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) - even though you did already.

Delete EA License Files:

• Make sure the EA app is closed.
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
• Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
• Delete all files in the "License" folder.

Please clear your temp files:

• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
• Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
• Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
• (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

Registry clean-up

• install CCleaner (it's free) from here
• Run Registry cleaner
• Click review selected issues
• Do you want to back up? No
• Click Fix all selected issues
