Re: Origin in game, says it must be turned on? Still not working.

What this guy said... I tried everything from vsync to windowed to windowed full screen to full screen and all sort of permutations I could think of. I remember it had worked one time for me and that was because my MSI Afterburner OSD was screwing up. Sure enough, I closed MSI Afterburner (gives a nice OSD and etc if you aren't sure what this application is) and BOOM! In-game works. There could be multiple solutions that really work, but closing MSI afterburner was the solution that worked for me.

EDIT: Decided to make 100% sure it was MSI afterburner immediately after posting. Re-opened MSI afterburner, immediately loaded DS3 and boom, no in-game. So I can say with 100% certainty that for me, it was definitely MSI afterburner. Close that/FRAPS (maybe even any OSD application you use) and it should work if the other mentioned solutions do not.

I'll just add that MSI Afterburner may still work for some because you can disable it's overlay.   I use it because it controls my fan nicely but I do not use it's overlay, and I was able to get the Origin overlay running, but not reliably.  Just disable any other overlays, like Mumble or Teamspeak.

However I'm still not pleased with Origin and Deadspace 3.
