Dear EA support : 

Before you "notified" me and were so kind as to advise me not to disclose my personal info (which you did with surprising efficiency)  I ALREADY opened 3 cases 

By the way , you just warned me not to disclose my info on Answer HQ - didn't you care enough to forward my request to  http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=dead-space-2

Whose name I guess is anyway a misnomer so far - because I have NOT received any "help"

So far I have not successfully connect to any game advisor - for many occassions
 
 
Every time I failed, I tried to click "My Cases", (sent by Customer Experience to my email ) and resume ALL 3 cases number - requesting "help" for the same problem.
 
On different occassions, I was told I need to wait "under 5 minutes" ...or whatever periods (I forgot) for connection to your game advisor ...
 
the FACT is , however, I WAS NEVER CONNECTED EVEN AFTER MORE THAN AN HOUR - (normally the time you specified was about 30 minutes)
 
Why don't you tell me simply - there is NO advisor at hand ? 
 
Why don't you tell me "frankly" or "diplomatically" - because Dead Space 2 is too old - go buy a new game - and get the support you need?
 
At the time of typing this message - I have been waiting for MORE THAN AN HOUR - with all 3 cases clicked and "resumed" (LOL)
 
I know HK is ahead of your region in times for 13 hrs, I tried different times to connect:
 
HK: 22:00 - 23:00 - Your time: 9:00 - 10:00 your time right after starting the day !!! still waited for an HOUR without connection
 
HK: 11:00 - 12:00 - Your time: 22:00 - 23:00 (where most gamers are expected to be playing their games after work and before sleep! and many game advisor should be ready to help!) still waited for an HOUR without connection
 
I expect the next reply - BESIDES an explanation of the failure to connect  - which I don't require but I expect you will , please state :
 
1) CLEARLY HOW I CAN ENSURE MY TIMELY CONNECTION NEXT TIME
 
OR :
 
2) OR PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION here when you reply - I just lost my booklet containing the serial number of Dead Space 2 (bought in a box (DVD) in 2011 from a retail shop (NOT online) - which I just re-installed in my Windows PC anew last weekend. Please advise how I can get the serial number back, and activate the game so that I can play it !
 
I got the box, the disc (x2) - sorry I did not have the proof of purchase which probably should be in the form of a tiny little invoice which I did not keep - please check if I made any in-game connection to your system (as a proof that I did successfully activate the game with the serial number - which I now don't have - while playing the game some time 2011 - 2014 - after which I uninstalled the game due to lack of disk space.
 
3) OR just tell me - no further support  for Dead Space 2 - and save you time responding..and also advise me of any new game to buy - if I do want to think about it...

Could you CARE enough to speed it up - no more courtesy - or formality - I just want to play the game ! (Even though you are just "manager of the community")
