server error (5002)
When trying to download DS3 I get an error message that tells me my country gate needs updating:/ how do I fix?

I get a. Server error visit eamobile.com/country gate select country and click Customer support 5002. OK I just get redirected back to eamoblie.com so that doesn't work ....but mainly dead space needs a 420mb download to work and I get a server error. So I can't play ... Kinda feel in like I just threw money out the window can you fix this please
