Hey guys!
Please let us know if you tried any workarounds to solve this issue or see any relation to hardware. Sometimes bugs can be related to corrupt gamefiles, clearing the gamedata of your console or repairing the client via Origin might help.
Let us also know on what system you are playing (PC, Xbox360 or PS3), than will help us to investigate the bug.
@aerocliff
TY! My collegue thinks that bug is more funny than scary O_O (not that we are giving the impression here that we `like` bugs).
@killerworld
Good job with your report, it helps us if the reports are as detailed as possible.

Seems to happen with V-sync enabled via ATI Catalyst Control Centre and V-sync disabled via game.
Performance is much better if use V-sync via CCC - I get 100-odd frames as opposed to capped 30 using game's V-sync.

I am also seeing exactly the same ragdoll bug as shown in the Youtube video.
I don't know of any workarounds.My setup:
PC Windows 7 (fully updated)
ATI Radeon 4870 (most recent drivers, (not beta))
Intel i7 920
Asus motherboard, P6T Deluxe ver. 1.0 (fully updated bios)
I only just started the game, so I may un-install and re-install. I'll let you know if that helps at all. I'm a little worried that even if I un-install, that some config files may not be erased.
P.S.: Update 03/10/2013
I did a complete uninstall and then re-install. Seems to have fixed the problem. VSync is on.
