Unable to Download Dead Space

When downloading Dead Space, a message saying that an error occurred while calculating the preparation time... Please try again later appears.
I've tried deleting the cache through an Internet search, restoring the ea app, reinstalling it, removing the Windows firewall, etc., but it didn't work, so I need help from teachers! help!

    @terajjanggoo Hey, wanted to follow up with you and see if you were still having an issue with not being able to download Dead Space.
