Unable to install Dead Space 3 on EA app pc

    Hey everyone,

    This is actually part of a larger issue with the EA App that the team is looking into. You can find the main thread here. If you are still having issues with this, please post the following info on that thread.

    • EA App/Steam/Epic:
    • EA ID/Steam user ID:
    • Windows OS:
    • Windows OS version:
    • GPU model and driver version:
    • Region:
    • Are you using an internal or external drive?
    • Are you using an HDD or SSD?
    • Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
    • Any other errors?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
    • Attach a DxDiag:
    • Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here

I have the same bug. 

I go to install the game, it works through the pre-download checks then instantly goes to 14% end shows a download error.

    Hello friends,

So EA got back to me, and they don't have a solution!

Intrigued, I tried again and the download worked.
